Charles is responsible for the overall growth and success of the company. His drive to bring innovative solutions, with a focus on Photobiomodulation culminated in a growing number of privately-owned companies that include Aspen Laser, LLC, Aspen Laser University and TheraLight, LLC. Each day he continues to utilize his extensive experience and expertise to drive change and improvement for better and disruptive technologies, products and services that provide positive outcomes to medical practices, while improving the lives and healthcare of individuals around the world.
He has spent his career spanning over thirty years developing and scaling visionary technologies in the medical market. He has served as Chairman, President, CEO, Vice President, National Sales Manager, and Co-Founder of several successful medical device companies from start-up to profitability. He has also been responsible for the development and expansion of national and international sales and marketing of various medical devices through multiple medical market channels. Over the course of his career, he has also facilitated the development of a number of new products and improvements to existing products, resulting in sales increases.
Mr. Vorwaller is committed to and values his family, Christian faith and US citizenship. He has been married to his wife Kathy for thirty-seven years, with five children and five grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, music and travel.
Justin is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. He has been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) since the company founding in 2018. Justin is highly driven and successfully leads many areas of responsibilities that include overall Corporate operations and management, strategic planning, manufacturer management, new business and product development, authoring company policies and procedures and product manuals, contract negotiations, international expansion, and supporting the overall growth and improvements to the bottom line of the Company. He has also helped develop and coordinate all marketing, sales and training materials and programs that have helped scale the Company to new revenues and profitability.
Mr. Vorwaller has been a lifetime entrepreneur, starting at the age of 13 with his own lawn care service and maintenance company. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Utah State University. During college, he was the primary co-founder of a medical product company, Recovery Edge Therapy, Inc. that continues to manufacture and supply products to amateur and professional athletes around the world.
He is actively involved in arts, community, and church leadership roles, and as an avid reader investing time to personally improve his skills in Company Management, International Partnerships, Strategic Growth, Marketing and Sales Development, Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, Public Speaking, Negotiations, and Leadership.
Ed has been responsible for the quality control, logistical support, inventory management and product troubleshooting for the company since its founding. Ed works behind the scenes to make the customer experience exceptional. In supervising the testing and certification of all products before the customer receives the product, he coordinates all shipments of lasers and parts to customers and distributors ensuring timely accurate delivery to our customers. Ed works well with the team to constantly make improvements to company products and processes and ensures the best possible outcomes for patients using our products.
Ed has a long history of management and business ownership. He has been a Restaurateur, Retail Manager, Sales Manager, Food Service Manager, and a Production Manager. He uses his wide range of experience to come up with innovative solutions to tough problems. His customer first approach helps our company provide the best customer experience in our industry.
Ed has been married to his wife Irene for 33 years and has 2 children and one grandchild. He has a passion for cooking and especially barbecuing.
Chase is the senior account manager for the company, assisting in the overall customer service programs of the company. Chase joined the company in 2018 and has proven his ability to handle a varied number of roles and responsibilities. He successfully manages incoming and outgoing phone calls, gathers customer data and handles customer conflict resolution, while maintaining a positive attitude. Chase has expanded his talents and activities for product management including the installation, repair and service of certain products of the Company.
Chase earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Weber State University in 2017. While at Weber State, he played on the football team as a Tight End (Division 1) and received an Academic All-American award. Since an early age, Chase spent years pursuing his passion for many sports. In high school, he was recognized for earning Varsity letters in football, basketball and baseball. He also earned his Eagle Scout Award (BSA) and spent time volunteering for the community and his church including service in Honduras, where he learned to speak and write fluently the Spanish language. Chase enjoys following several sports teams throughout the year, music and traveling.
Chase is excited to part of the Company and assist in it’s overall development and growth.
Alan has been with the company since 2019 and plays an important role in managing the warehouse operation. Alan makes sure all products that leave the facility are tested, certified, and packaged properly to ensure absolute customer satisfaction. He coordinates the shipments of parts and other products to the customers in a timely delivery. Alan works well with the team to constantly make improvements to operation processes and ensures the facility runs a well oiled machine.
Alan recently earned his bachelors degree from Utah Valley University and plans to attend graduate school next year. Alan is a veteran of the US Army, serving 8 years as a 19D Cav Scout. He served in multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. After his service, Alan spent 3 years as a private military contractor for the state department and department of defense.
Alan is originally from Texas and enjoys spending time with family and friends, football, the outdoors, rebuilding classic cars, and is a gun enthusiast.
While not working, Dawson is a skilled musician, teaching classes in the evenings. A native of Utah, Dawson enjoys the outdoors and fitness, is a voracious reader and is fluent in German. Dawson and his wife were recently married in May 2021.
Spencer has been with the company since 2021 and plays an important role in managing projects and initiatives within the company. Spencer is a diligent worker with contagious positive attitude. He is relied upon greatly to carry out the missions of the company.
Spencer earned an associates degree from Dixie State University and has previous work experience in the financial sector.
While not working, Spencer enjoys the outdoors, camping, rappelling, and is an avid traveler, visiting nearly all 50 states. Spencer and his wife, Jenna, were recently married in August 2021.
